I am trying to Flash 3.10 on my XA2 Ultra and I cannot get any computer to see it for flashing. I hold Volume UP, get the Blue Light and They all see an "Android" device plugged into USB . but Nothing I do seems to be able to get it to be seen by the Flash utilities. I have switched cables, and computers and I was able to get the previous version of Jolla on this phone with no difficulty.

Thanks

Yes. On Windows it says. No Driver found when I select any of these drivers. On Linux and Mac these do nothing.

Still hard to help you from the infos you wrote here... . What OS versions you use for flashing...Linux (Ubuntu...) or Windows (7,8,10) 32 or 64bit and on Linux did you install fastboot/adb? If I right remember there was an issue sometimes with USB 3...so please check.

Ubuntu, Windows 10, Windows 7, and Mac OS 10.13 All of them see "Android" device attached to USB bot no drivers will install and the Flash tool says I have no device

Remember, the installation is over Android Oreo, not Pie (9). When I install SFOS use Ubuntu 18.04 and no have problems, but in Windows PC others drivers of others phones utilities (Nokia, Xiaomi, Samsung, etc) maybe can produce conflicts, I recommend uninstall others drivers of others phones. Try with Sony Companion and see if detect your phone or with Flashtool install other Android Oreo firmware different.

I can't edit the original comment but I was able to get it working by installing Flashtool on my Windows PC. Once I installed Flashtool and all the drivers associated with it Windows Saw my Xperia and the Jolla FlashonWindows.bat worked perfectly.

Wasn't I'm correct that you hit the "usb 3 issue"? If yes we can close this case. Hopefully the instruction from Jolla Zendesk was useful.

No, I'm using two computers that don't even have USB 3 ports and it still happens.
