PATCH request "vibrate when answer"

Hi I was using the Voice Combined patch by Ancelad, but this one is not working with the latest 3.1 version, and Ancelad can't upgrade it for he has no any SFOS device anymore. Could someone make these feature available again especially Vibrate when call is picked up and call recording?

I created a patch called "Vibrate phone when call is answered" in the PM3 webcatalog. It is basically the vibrate patch part from Sailfishos patches (base) by Sfiet_Konstantin.

Duration and intensity settings are added in version 2.0.0
