Hi. After registration i can't login via website or storeman app. Account was blocked due to too many failed logins. I deleted the account and tried to create an new one. this failed because of the registrated email address. What can i do?

I have made the site owner (Openrepos) aware of your problem. I will keep you posted here or you may even receive communication from Basil himself. I am also admin on Openrepos. I'm sure this will be resolved shortly. Sit tight.
