since a few days several Android apps can no longer connect to the network if I am in mobil data (although Firefox works). When I turn on the wifi, the apps work properly. http://zupimages.net/viewer.php?id=19/39/ajyv.jpg

I have no idea how this could have happened or how to correct it

I tryed to reboot phone, put in air plane mode, and restart connection. This appen with 2 speria-x

What device you're using? (please add to the post too). What have you already tried? Did you reboot the phone, put it in airplane mode and back, restarted connection subsystem etc. Is it only related to 4G, do the apps work on 3G.

Please also add what apps aren't working so we can test too

I think it's related to a known issue.

Hi, I have the same problem on Xperia X with the Bouygues Telecom (FR) operator. I compared the two xml files (apns-con.xmt and apns-full-conf.xml), but the apn carrier configuration is the same. Thak you for your help.

I found a solution that solve hotspot issue I change the network protocol to "IP". See the link below for more
