By disabling Touch screen vibrations in the settings you can disable keyboard vibration but still have vibration for alarms. But then you lose the pulley menu tactile feedback also, and if I understand you correctly, you would like to keep it on.
There is an earlier question that is very close to your suggestion. I suggest you vote there, and if you think that question covers your wish, we can close this one as duplicate (to not flow the forum with close-to-duplicate questions, and to concentrate votes of closely-related issues).
