[bug] Sony Xperia XA2 dual sim, SIM Contacts unavailable

I have a sony xa2 dual sim. I use one sim and one sd card. I use sailfish os 3.1 I cannot see or import sim contacts. The import tentative with settings -> apps -> people -> import from sim , gives cannot import contacts from sim.
