[Jolla C][] Blank screen after update [answered]

Hello community, I tried to update my Jolla C. At the end of the update processs I got an update error message which displayed a "reboot" button. I rebooted the phone, and right after the jolla logo I got a blank screen.

I have tried to reboot. The double tap function wakes up a completely blank and irresponsive screen.

Is my phone bricked? Does anyone have an idea if I can fix this? Thanks in advance for your help.

Phone is recoverable, but you'll need to do a factory reset(and manu backup) in recovery. As far as i know, there is no simple fix. It would be helpful if Jolla would tune in to this issue, as it seems it's not an isolated incident.

Thank you @pawel and @yomark. Until Jolla provides a better solution, the only alternative is to reset the phone. For my decive, Jolla C, I got the instructions from the zendesk link here. I followed these instructions and my phone is back to life.
