[Bug][UI] White in contact pictures hides UI elements

Since the switch to 3.2.0.x I noticed that the contact pictures were made brighter in the phone UI, this results in the different toggles (bluetooth headset, speaker, numpad, mute, call record) becoming invisible if there happens to be white in the contact picture behind them (company logos for instance).
I have been able to alleviate this by lowering the value of glassAvatar.opacity in /usr/share/voicecall-ui-jolla/pages/calling/CallingView.qml line 136 from 1 to 0.75
