Support Page password and broken link

Hello,

I have problem with your support page (https://jolla.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008004900) - when I click on thumbs down, it asks be to change my expired password and it does not accept my new password because of rules not designed for humans:

Password requirements: - must be at least 6 characters - must be different from email address - must include letters in mixed case and numbers - must include a character that is not a letter or number

Please tell me what is easier to remember and harder to crack: A) %w¤GhAF034 or B) Ur mother smellss of almond toilet sprey

So, could we relax the requirements and increase the minimum character length to 12 to make much more secure passwords and easier to remember or check for password length and allow no number, special characters and some more bizarre things like https://github.com/dumb-password-rules/dumb-password-rules?

Also I clicked thumbs down because the links in the page are broken: https://jolla.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/article_attachments/360003683140/How_to_revert_XA2_from_Android_9_to_8.1_and_then_install_Sailfish_OS.pdf gives me 502 Bad Gateway, nginx

Update: The link just worked... so it was some random downtime probably.

Everything here is randomly broken, completely broken, never worked at all or the favourite; simply ignored.
