Email templates

I often need to write emails from email templates. Currently, the Email client does not support it. I can think of several ways to support it:
- add a command "copy to folder" (wherever there is a "move to folder") which would allow to copy the email message from a templates folder (or somewhere else) to the drafts folder
- add a command "edit as new" which would open a composition window with the same contents as the currently viewed email message filled in
- allow to copy mail text from the mail display window: that's surprisingly currently not possible; my workaround is to invoke "forward" or "reply" and copy the text from the compose window, however I need to manually remove the quote
>marks which is really cumbersome; this is the least convenient option because you need to copy recipients, subject and message body separately.
