I don't know if official keyboard supports Dutch. However, there is an open source alternative for text prediction and correction - https://github.com/sailfish-keyboard/sailfishos-presage-predictorhttps://github.com/sailfish-keyboard/presage . We don't have Dutch yet among languages (https://openrepos.net/user/12231/programs), but you help or build it yourself.

What's needed is the n-gram database for Dutch. I presume Hunspell is supporting Dutch already. So, overall process is described at https://github.com/sailfish-keyboard/presage#generation-of-n-gram-database-for-marisa-based-predictor . Main part is gathering large text corpus for n-gram generation. Try to find one for Dutch and let's get it from there.

For communication, its best to open new issue at https://github.com/sailfish-keyboard/presage/issues

@Edz answered the question. To clarify, the alternative @rinigus mentioned doesn't support autocompletion/-correction either.

Great to hear that Dutch is supported. I misunderstood 'auto' part - somehow I select the word from the top bar 'automatically' myself. :)

There is no auto complete/auto correct on Sailfish, unless I'm missing something. The dictionary should be on by default, the dictionary does not appear when the cursor is say, in the Recipient field in an SMS, but when you tap into the body of the SMS, the dictionary should show, when I say dictionary, I mean predictive dictionary.
