Where is media volume control?

I feel like I've missed something, but I cannot find the media volume control.

I don't think I've ever needed them this way before, but now I was in bed, with my partner sleeping next to me and there was a youtube video I wanted to play. I didn't have my headset near and I knew I had my media volume set fairly high. I really looked everywhere, before coming here, and as a Sailfish user since beginning I feel stupid asking this question: how do I change volume without media playing?

Probably I'm stupid, but... have you tried the volume down key?

It only affects the ringtone volume unless media is playing or a media app is in focus. Now I wanted to watch youtube in the browser, and that only counts as the former, but I didn't want to start the media to change the volume later, due to the situation I was in.

Apparently there is no way to set media volume ahead of time. Probably some command line trick is needed.

Still working with 3.2.0 on XA2. On my J1 with 3.0.3.9, having browser open writing this, volume buttons change media volume according to volume bar.

For me sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. Mostly - only one volume modifier can be changed not the other one.

@mSorvisto but you need to activate patchmanager's developer mode to get it working, right? I would very much prefer not to have to activate developer mode as to not accidentally enable a patch that could break my system.

@svistak Yes, developer mode is needed. I understand your point and choise is yours. I just wanted to say it's still compatible. Only version info is't up-to-date.
