I have purchased standard shockproof silicon/rubber cover for Xperia XA2 (fake carbon fiber in my case) Most covers have higher edge than a screen, which does not matter for Android, but I found it almost not usable with SailfishX. How other resolved the cover issue? Is there a specific cover with low wrapped sides you have good experience with?

Just a note, it's silicone and not silicon, and anyway the covers are made of TPU (Thermo Plastic Polyurethane).

For my X I just cut out some of the sides with a box knife. Still waiting for a cover for my XA2.

I have a tech21 cover in X and XA2 with quite high border. For me high border is is good because it protects the screen.

The border does make edge swipes a bit harder but I've found that you get used to it and can use the phone quite well.

I use this:

Not slippery, pretty happy with it.

I can confirm, this case works very well with swipe from any direction! Thank you for the link @bongo
