Just a quick question, I sent a simple license request via Zendesk to Jolla Care. I didn't even receive a confimation E-Mail or any other information that my Ticket was created. Now I wonder, will this be read? Is it dead? How do I contact license support if the Zendesk is deprecated? Or is it normal that my request will be ignored? Thanks for sharing your experience.

Dear @lispy,

your request was recorded to Jolla Zendesk on Friday 6th at 08:09 EET. Unfortunately we have not been able to help you yet as Friday happened to be a public holiday as it was the Independence Day of Finland (and we forgot to add a disclaimer about this to Zendesk). And then there was the week-end.

We will try to help you as soon as possible. The last (internal) comment in your request from our side is "Valid licence transfer", so it looks good.

You wrote: "I didn't even receive a confirmation E-Mail or any other information that my Ticket was created."

There should be a confirmation email from "care@jolla.zendesk.com" in few minutes after successfully filing a request which is also indicated with a notification in the browser window. We tested this now and the confirmation email appears to be working correctly. We do not know what went wrong in your case. One potential reason would be that the message was routed to your spam folder for some reason.
