Changing my MMS Protocol to IPv6 fixed it.

You could also have followed my post here https://together.jolla.com/question/199098/t-mobile-mms-and-data-for-android-apps/?answer=212863#post-id-212863 On fixing it. IPv6 or Dual protocol fixes it almost every time.
