DESCRIPTION: Vibrations stop working completely when triggered in quick succession

PRECONDITIONS: Xperia 10 device Touch vibrations setting enabled

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

(Make sure you have touch screen vibrations setting enabled)

  1. Open up keyboard
  2. Start swiping upwards on the keys to trigger key vibrations and keep swiping until vibrations stop

You can recover from this by triggering vibrations on Android back button vibration or pressing "Periodic" vibration button on VibrationTest app (found on Jolla store and openrepos)

EXPECTED RESULT: Vibrations should keep playing

ACTUAL RESULT: Vibrations won't trigger on all subsequent vibration events

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: May be happening on Xperia 10 plus as well but only confirmed on Xperia 10 so far.

REPRODUCIBILITY: 10/10
BUILD VERSION & TYPE: 3.2.1.20 EDIT: still persists in 3.4.0.22
PLATFORM: Xperia 10

For the sake of info, I could NOT reproduce this on my Jolla1 SFOS 3.2.1.20.

I can also confirm this issue on my Xperia 10. After triggering the issue the vibration stops working for touch input, but after some time (~15 min) it starts working again without reboot.
