When i use white color avatar for one of my Contact, when i cal, i cant detect UI buttons on screen, they are too white and invisible ...
with dark avatar - its look like that

Does switching to an ambience with a bright background picture (such as "Glacial" or "Airy") help you in the meantime?
Anyway, it is a bug IMO.
Solution: Sailfish OS already inverts the colours of UI elements when a bright background picture is used in an ambience. Use the same algorithm for the avatar pictures in the call screen and you are done.
