[Bug] 3.2.1.20 - *100# does not work with O2/de [duplicate]

The *100# menu does not work on XA2 (4113 and 3113) on the german O2 prepaid network. Sorry for the german messages:

Phone: dial *100# (Service Anforderung läuft)
Service-Nachricht: Hauptmenü (main menu)
Select 1 (for account credit) or do nothing

Expected (when selected 1): - new page with the account credit data

Actual behavior (does not matter if select 1 or do nothing):

Service message: Operation already in progress
Service message: Error

Tried it on an analog from local operator. Got some error after dismissing menu and entering USSD code second time.

Menu reset after I've send 0 in response to error massage.
