android network issues on XA2 (3.2.1.20) [answered]

Hello,
the usage of network resources in android apps is strange. Some are working only with wifi, some only with mobile data. By reading all the posts here I get the impression that this is altered with every sailfish version and/or with every app version.
Really strange is the Netflix App which was in this wiki mentioned as 100% working (Netflix v4.15.1 with sailfishX 3.0.3.10). I tried this version and everything is working over wifi except streaming of a video. The app can't connect for the media. Over mobile data I can view the video.
Is it possible that there are ports blocked in android dalvik? What is changing in every new version of sailfish? ....
