Notifications on lock screen missing on 1.0.3.8 [duplicate]

Since the upgrade to 1.0.3.8 many notifications are missing on the lock screen. F.e. notifications of Mitakuulu or Android apps are not displayed anymore. I think this is a bug.

i wrote it yesterday just after i got my update, i just edited the question a few minutes ago
