As a Jolla user I would like to be able to read text on web pages without scrolling sideways. This could be achieved by reflowing the text according to the window/screen width.

At best this would be a preference option.

+1. Basic feature for a browser. Without text reflow I find it uncomfortable to browse non mobile web pages even with Nexus 7. Landscape mode can only do so much if your text does not flow. Please fix it!

Android browser handles this pretty well by reflowing on double tap but not if you are zooming in manually. This gives the user the choice or reflowing or not and I would love to see similar features in the Jolla browser.

Opera mobile also does that. :)

These are only Android apps for the time being, multi-tasking with them is nothing to write home about. So the need for text reflow inside a native browser remains. Unfortunately, I remember it being somehow patented by HTC, as this function has largely disappeared from many Android devices as well.

Gosh, I hope this isn't really true. A commenter there says how formatting killed standard HTML. There's something to that.
