Problem after the last Sailfish X update, my Xperia XA2 plus, can not boot anymore. after the "your devive cant be checked..." allert, it stay hangs on the Sony boot screen for hours, how i can do an Hard reset? May be if not other Option to Android. I try to connect with Sonys "Emma" but the app not find a phone.

Keep pressing the VolumeUp+Power key until the phone vibrates 3 times to forcefully power off the phone.

From there you can either use the recovery mode to backup your data and reset the device or follow the same install instructions you used to flash the device the first time.

Thank you, it works, with the Emma Tool from sony i got android 8 on my phone. (the Android 9 stack also on sony logo) After that i recover sailfish on it. But i lost the most of my Datas. The last Recovery was December, before the last update. How i can make a Backup from the whole System? for example on my PC I meen a Backup with several installed Apps, maybe the Android Apps to, like Whatsapp, Outlook, VNC etc.?
