The Cover Art on Xperia X with Sailfish

My X - did not try with the older (real Jollas) but I think it used to be the same - with the latest OS version, does not show all CD´s cover art. Why is this? I have 22 of 202 covers visible even though on the PC (Media Player and MediaMonkey) I can see that over 180 CD´s (some rare older ones do not have them) have the cover art and display it correctly. Regardless if I copy the music with the Windows Explorer or with Media Monkey synchro tool, the problem remains..... Who can help/explain?

this has been a problem from the get-go. tHe only way I found I could largely eliminate the problem was to retag all of my albums. I used MP3Tag for the job, what a task when you have 60GB of music!

perhaps they are already correctly tagged?

I should add also just for info sake, I am still using Jolla1 (real Jolla).

Edz answer worked / works.... Thanks.

I would love to be still using my Jolla The First One but it would not play along. Still using Sailfish OS though.

Hi,

Thank you for the suggestion. I´ll try it. Do you know why some of the albums have the cover art already now?
