How can I switch-on NFC on the Xperia X, please? In settings missing key for NFC. I tried NFC log (app storeman) with this result: "...this device doesn't have NFC or this release of Sailfish OS doesn't support it...". SFOS 3.3.0.16

Well, you are using Storeman which is not our app. We do not know what it does exactly. Anyways, the support for NFC was added to 3.3.0.16 for Xperia X devices like said in the release notes.

Please try to complement the update of your device in the following way:

devel-su
ssu re 3.3.0.16
version --dup
reboot

If that does not help then uninstall Storeman and try the same again.

The NFC settings appears in the section "Connectivity" of Settings app, right after Bluetooth.

It's a bit hidden due to pagination but this answer to the release notes has a comment with a fix too. Installing the missing module

devel-su pkcon install jolla-settings-system-nfc
