[BUG]SMS notifications shown on lockscreen when notifications are disabled

Rokua (also earlier), Xperia 10 I've disabled showing notifications when device locked, yet when I receive SMS with security code from my bank the SMS is shown on the lockscreen.

It's interesting on Jolla 1 it works as expected. No notification on the screen. Only sound and blinking notification LED.
