Web browser: element "input" is not localized.

Web browser issue: HTML element "input type=file" shown as English, no translation to other languages (see attachment). My browser settings - ru-RU, system language - Russian. Text "Browse..." and "No file selected" should be localized. I can't find those strings on https://translate.sailfishos.org , all marked as 100% translated for Russian language. Where is the problem - browser, webkit, or smth. else? Can I add those translations manually into my device?
