Option to update account login details is missing

Since updating to 3.3.0.16 the option to re-enter your password for an account is missing. If you go to settings > Accounts > Open account, there used to pulley menu option to update login details but it's missing now.
Is this by design or is this a bug? How can I enter a new password for an email account for instance? Do I need to remove the account then add it back again?
