Can not import *.ics (google) [answered]

Hi, since a few days I can not import any new *.ics (from google) into the jolla calendar.

Calendar is saying, that the import was successful but the event does not appear.

Do you have similar problems? Or is it working for you?

Nevertheless it is not a problem to import older (around one month ago) events into the calendar, these are working without a hassle.

Does anybody has an idea, on how to debug this?

Thanks in advance yajo

You may try to run it from command-line with devel-su -p then QT_LOGGING_RULES="org.kde.pim.mkcal.debug=true" icalconverter -v import foo.ics. It may log on screen the operations done on the calendar database.

Thank's for your reply. This only shows, that the event is already in the database but it's still not visible. Nevertheless the problem does not appear with new calender entries coming from google.

I just have a few calendar entries, which don't work (but they are outdated). Nevertheless new entries are working quite well. Therefore I'll close the question. It does not seem to be so relevant.
