[Bug] complete freeze while connecting to wifi/wlan

Tried to connect to a wpa2 wifi this evening and suddenly it freezed completely and led flashes red.
Power button didn't work, also long press didn't shut it down.
After removing battery it booted up and wifi connection worked after entering password again.
I'm not sure but maybe I missed a char in the password and pressed connect with 7 chars (which is too short for wpa2 afaik)
Latest update is installed.
It's known that connection problems through wifi can make the phone partially unusable for a minute or so, I found out about it several times. It shows connection error and the phone slows down and is unworkable.
It even rebooted once, just like in your case.
I think the problem is similar to: Problem with connection message clogged up the phone and lots-of-connection-errors-while-on-wifi
