Now that app store has separation of the Sailfish and Android applications, it would be great to have this same functionality to the app launcher. Own folder or view for the android apps.

And a completely different home screen for android apps that can hold several android app covers...

At least the latter one is not working at the moment, see here: https://together.jolla.com/question/322/android-applications-should-not-be-grouped-in-the-same-window/ I would not even support the first one. I for myself like to see all open apps, including the android one, in one home screen.

my reasoning is that since several android apps already run in the cover of the android compatability app with only the latest one visible... why not just move the app to the right of the home screen available through screenedge swipe and they can all be visible.. offcourse the best option would be as you said that all all apps should run with their own covers.. its just that in a short time frame and technically it would be easier this way and later maybe get them to run each in its own cover..
