Bug: links with anchors no longer work after 1.0.3.8 [released]

After 1.0.3.8 update, clicking links in the browser which lead to a specific anchor on a page, the view scrolls briefly to the anchor, but then jumps back to top of the page as soon as page has finished loading.

An example link: http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?p=1408840#post1408840

Clicking that should leave the page at post #18, but instead it jumps back to top as soon as page is completely loaded. I've observed this so far on every website that links directly to anchors. Particularly annoying on forums...

Clicking links to anchors within a page works, it's only when linking to a new page that this bug occurs.

Thanks for reporting. I can confirm this bug, and is especially annoying when trying to use this Together forum; clicking a comment link from Inbox does exactly as described in the question, the correct location in a long thread just briefly shows (even the correct entry is higjlighted) and then thr focus / view jumps to the beginning of the page. Same with other forums i.e. always when the link has an anchor.

Edit: the URL of the link contains the anchor correctly, and even if the link is copied to new browser tab manually the behaviour is the same. Also reloading the page that has anchor in the link does not help.

seems to be fixed with 1.0.4.20. I'll close the question unless somebody still suffers from the issue.
