With 1.0.3.8 SW, I got an email with kuva.JPG attachement. I can download and view the picture but it does not appear in gallery list. There are no options to save the picture to gallery. There are multiple kuva.JPG files in gallery from older emails so I guess file name conflicts are solved somehow.

As with https://together.jolla.com/question/24033/sdcard-content-not-visible-in-media-player-or-gallery/ I tried to do tracker-control -es but it fails now:

A device reboot 'fixed' the issue. Guess more rebooting is needed with 1.0.3.8. I have persistent logs enabled if you are interested.

@mcfrisk - Tracker can take some time to index stuff, did you tried to open the attach picture directly from the email ? What much time before you rebooted ?

Yes, I opened the downloaded attachment and it opened from email, via gallery app I guess, but it was not visible in the gallery index. I waited 30 minutes and after the tracker -es command was failing too, I rebooted.

OK, sounds like a tracker issue then, email app only saves the attachments and then calls the app that has associate MIME for that file type, if one exists.
