FingerTerm initialization file overwritten

FingerTerm has got a settings.ini in
~/.config/FingerTerm
which doesn't seem to be honoured. Firstly, the [%General] stanza its rewritten at application start (also duplicated). When I set the file RO to prevent an overwrite, it still ignores the execCmd option.
I don't think that overwriting the file is intended behaviour. As execCmd would come in extremely handy to initialize the shell properly (yes, I know there are workarounds), I'd consider this an important fix.
