I didn't create my account at shop.jolla.com but was invited as one of those who had pre-ordered. The invitation mail included a password. Now that I went to the shop again to buy my two new other halves, I noticed there's no way to change this password to something I could possibly remember. (Or is there and I just don't see it?)

Is there, or will there be, a way to change the password for the shop?

@Keto Can you check what has happend to the second answer that I created and two comments on it?

In my karma point list I have now total -12 points due to the disappeared question.

If I have done it myself I would like to know how I managed to do that as intentionally I didn't click the delete link.

If it was deleted by other person how to find out who deleted the answer, question or comment for you?

currently I have done the answers and comments with Jolla with in same browser session.

now thats strange - i accepted your answer as a solution and closed the question accordingly. now we have a closed question without an answer. would you mind re-typing it so i can vote it up and accept it again?

@Kari it says that it was deleted by you, but I don't know how you did it. I will undelete it.

@Keto That would be kind, if it is possible - thanks.

However it is strange as this morning I replied to the comment made by @chemist and I was able to see both comments on that answer.

I remember to using the back button this morning, which reloaded my original answer. I think I pressed at that point cancel button. Could it be the cause of this mysterious dissapearing?

The negative karma points i have received now 7hours ago even the answer disappeared only 2hours ago.

I hope this would help to find out the root couse for this behavior.

All entries for this question are done with Jolla and SF 1.0.3.8

Easiest way is to click the login link and then choose the forgot password link.

If you have given the valid email address you should receive new mail, which contains link to reset the password i.e. to change it to new one.

just did so and it seems to work fine.

Sweet! I receive the mail in Finnish... ;)

Worked, thank you. I never tried it because I thought they'd just send yet another password I cannot pick myself...

sorry but a password reset is not a valid answer for a missing account page on shop.jolla.com

@chemist I was only answering to question - How to change the shop password.

The initial question from @ossi1967 didin't ask about missing account page just a way to change the password.

In case you whish to find out how to change other personal data on Jolla shop account perhaps new specific question would be justified?
