Steps to reproduce:

1) Open https://www.quakenet.org/articles/102-press-release-irc-networks-under-systematic-attack-from-governments in Jolla browser.

2) Note that you can't read all text and can't zoom out enough.

Expected outcome:

All text would be readable

Working with every other tested mobile browser:

Google Chrome and Boat Browser (both Android)

Thanks for reporting this. This seems to be problematic site for Gecko engine, since Android Firefox suffers also from not being able to zoom fully out, but it is at least able to pan the main text sideways. We were already planning to add improvement that helps panning in sites like this in upcoming release. We will investigate on how to solve the zooming.
