[Feature Req] Remove Icon Labels [not relevant]

Really simple feature, but something that I'd like to see, given the leaning on gestures (one type of spatial interaction), is the ability to remove icon labels from (a) the app grid, and (b) the top level of the settings area.

I think that such a feature will aid some of the high-level design direction to think less about text that needs to be localized, and more on the message that icons point to. As such, icon-packs could be pushed more like an accessibility pack and offer a few more areas for UX designers to make an imprint on the platform.
