When the Phone application has more lines than fits on the screen, it does not start from the top of the list and leaves out couple of pixels. If a user wants to access the pulley menu, he has to pull down twice; first to reach top, and then a second time to open up the menu.

This bug does not happen if the Phone app is already open in the multitasking screen.

EDIT: I do not have enough karma for uploads so the pictures of the problem are here:

Observed behavior after starting the Phone app

Expected behavior (the glow on top)

Looks like this might have been fixed in Sailfish OS version 10.0.2.5.

Really? I think it is now broken again (but in a slightly different way), so I opened a new bug: https://together.jolla.com/question/6192/bug-phone-app-does-not-start-from-the-top-broken-again/

You are correct. I deleted all my call history and I got the same problem as you. When the list is empty, the glow does not center at top but hangs five millimeters from the top. I think it it best to use your bug case for this, as it is a bit different. It does not cause usability issue at least... However I do think the cause is linked to this bug.
