Ambience: Protect change of ambience if not automated by device-lock

As soon as ambiences will hold settings more than ringtones it will be interesting to have locked ambiences you can not switch as they are protected by the device-lock code.

Nice would be that only ambiences with changing restrictions need this. If you for example remove the write-protection from your addressbook by changing to another ambience you would need to unlock it by entering the code. This is just an example! Ambiences should have control entries for everything^^

Automation of ambience change (Profilematic, TOH, etc) could hold a feature to activate protected ambiences (higher access) by default (or not).

A tiny lock icon could be shown in the ambience-chooser
