I am not aware of any mobile phone that has in build DAB / DAB+ receiver (most of the phones have just standard FM). Since the standards inception coverage in most countries has improved so that listening to digital radio is possible indoors, but I would be more interested to use it to listen to DAB/+ in my car mainly since I carry my phone with me everywhere that would be perfect DAB radio receiver.

If you do not want DAB / DAB+ receiver in Jolla please state why.

The technology would be nice to try but right now the closest transmitter for DAB is more than 300 kilometers away. With more capable receivers the likelihood of having a better DAB coverage increases.

We have DAB+ at town. I am looking for DAB+ capable smartphones for a while now. Up to now there is none as fare as I know.

If Jolla ever adds a radio receiver chip on its hardware, it should be a mutli-receiver FM/DAB+. At least in Germany DAB+ is quite useful in many areas now.

There was already such a request from someone else https://together.jolla.com/question/1618/feature-request-dab/

As far as I understand the answer, this can't be done in the current phone.

But there was also a request for an other half with DAB: https://together.jolla.com/question/8303/request-other-half-wdab-radio/

I'd like jolla to run internet radio! the major broadcasting stations i Denmark only run smartphone-radio through ios/android/wp8- apps. and despite the claim of sailfish to be android-compatible it can't run thosevapps since it can't enter gogle play store
