Hello,
I did set some alarms while the phone system language was in french. I switched the system language to english. The alarms that I previously created are still named "Alarme" and not "Alarm". If i create a new one, it's correctly named "Alarm". really not a big deal though, just thought I would mention it.

You're supposed to name your alarms yourself. For example, I've named two of my alarms "Get up" and "Lunch". If you don't give them a name, then I suppose they will be saved with the name "Alarm" (or "Alarme") by default. You can change the name of the alarm at any time. So if you want to rename them from "Alarme" to "Alarm", just enter the edit screen (long press and choose Edit from the context menu) and do it.
