Hi.
I'll try to start the arrangements to organize a small meeting. I'd say we can gather to have a beer/coffee/tea or even meet for dinner. Since I'm unsure that this site is the most appropiate for voting the "when", I've created a doodle entry so people can vote. Then we can decide the "where", and the locals can propose things.
I've also sent a message to the developers mailing list, and I'll try to reach other people. Please help me in letting the people know!

Disclaimer: I am terrible when it comes to suggesting venues. That said, I recently tried http://www.txapelarestaurant.com/ and it was OK; it's also virtually in the middle of BCN.

Naturally, it would have been much better to make a new Q for the new future event to make it easier for community to follow the topic and attendance announcements.
