Every time when I make a call and the number is busy, the phone interrupts the connection.

A functionality which redials in case of the called party is busy.

First time(s) after a few seconds, thereafter, delay gets a bit longer.

How many times? - maybe 10 times or for about 5 minutes.

What you need exactly? A functionality which redials in case of the called party is busy? How many time it should redial? I see it rather as a feature request, than a bug.

yes, i mean a functionality which redials in case of the called party is busy.

maybe it is not a bug, but all my previous phones (from Nokia) did it automatically. first time(s) after a few seconds, thereafter, the distance get everytime a bit longer.

how many times - maybe 10 times or for about 5 minutes.

There is actually a network feature for this: CCBS (Completion of Calls to Busy Subscribers). It would initiate the call as soon as the called and busy subscriber becomes free. I think its not widely used. Call Waiting and notification of missed calls makes this more or less obsolete. I am not sure if I would use a redial function. It requires my attention during the process.

Yes, there is a feature called CCBS, but not commonly used by mobile operators, landline phone operators use it rather. It can be activated by calling subscriber whenever called line is busy. Then the network will do a CCBS recall when called party becomes available. But this request in the post is about a phone functionality. It's true that Nokia phones had it, not all but quite many. There was couple of symbian app too which implemented this.
