Improve friendliness and intuitivity of UI [duplicate]

Here and there you can access options by long tapping an object but there isn't any hint that helps understanding when you can long tap something. It's definitively one of the less intuitive aspect of the UI.

EDIT: Maybe just underlining with dots the tappable object could be a first way to give a hit to the user. Any better idea is welcome.

First idea is to dot-underline the object in a not too invasive way but still visible

Another idea would be to give long-tap accesss to all selectable objects. All objects could have at least a "copy" action that copies the object text or title, or a deeper copy that gets the object contents.
