"The fourth software update released in the beginning of March, raising the software to commercial readiness, will again include many important improvements and new features. These will include further improved performance, extended landscape support, lots of visual improvements, lots of new camera functionalities, enhancements to the Jolla store, new general settings, and many more."

Also, Jolla is ready for global distribution and Sailfish OS as downloadable software to devices running Android OS.

For more information see http://jolla.com/media/documents/MWC_Jolla_announcement_FINAL.pdf.

Update:

@bijjal (Jolla moderator) explains in his post why the update is not in February: "We would also like to emphasise that whilst we strive to roll out software updates at roughly 1 month intervals these may not sync with calendar months."

Update 4.3.: According to a tweet from JollaHQ, the March system update will be available next week:

@weirdtechstuff Update will go live next week, please go ahead with your post. Thanks!

I read somewhere else a user reply received from care@jolla (I don't remember the source, I think it was here on TJC) that the update is expected in W10, the first week of march. Not too bad considering february has few days less than the other months.

Wait, did you read the announcement about ROVIO in the pdf? Does this mean, you get a native "Angry Birds", when you buy an "Angry Birds"-TOH?

@KRM, I don't know but I'm guessing yes – an Angry Birds TOH without a native game available wouldn't be a strong selling point :)
