Device switched off during keira black install now I cannot install it [answered]

Hi,
first off, this is my first time posting here, so be gentle.
I received TOH Keira Black and Aloe yesterday and while Aloe works well, the device shut down when I was trying to install Keira Black. Upon reboot, it was not fully installed: the colors were there but the background was not and it did not appear in the list of ambiences... I tried pkcon remove ambience-black but it failed stating this is not installed, I tried pkcon install ambience-black as well but got an error message about this not existing. For Snow White, it helped to reconnect the cover while the device is on but this does not work now. I moved the ambience files in /home/nemo/.local/system/Ambience but issue persists. What can I do?
EDIT: Okay, solved it: I had to turn the Jolla upside down because it otherwise loses connection to the battery when removing/applying the cover. Yep, that was stupid.
