For monthly SMS quota (I have 50/m) an automatically resetting counter would be helpful.

As long as you can also manually set/reset it, then auto-eset is useful.

I occasionally change SIM cards, so want to be able to tell the handset about any new limits and reset dates

thanks, @eric the search function is pretty void now as it only shows entries while typing if you hit the exact word

@chemist: hmm, if I type both words "sms" and "counter" AND I click on the magnifying glass icon, it does return the matching results including the above mentioned item. I do get matching results in the suggestion list too. In any case, clicking the magnifying glass icon should be the way used to pull more results...

@eric "while typing" it used to show partial hits iirc

@chemist, it still does though the suggestions will appear only when there is a minimum of 4 characters entered so in the above case, counter shows suggestions whereas sms requires you to click the magnifying glass icon...
