In 1.0.5.16 this problem still exists. Is this point on the roadmap?

Currently there is no way to change these settings in GUI. About home page you can try the workaround discussed here: https://together.jolla.com/question/10688/browser-editable-aboutconfig/

With current SF version 1.0.3.8 these specific settings aren't available for user.

  1. The browser loads always the last viewed page by default. If there is nothing to be shown, then fixed home page is www.jolla.com
  2. Same here - currently it is all or nothing.

Personally I would like also possibility to delete single web pages from the browsing history e.g with log press on selected page, but this is not possible either.

Hopefully the March update will bring improvements to this issue as well.

Please read this answer from veshku:

You can clean history in Settings -> Apps -> Browser -> Privacy. Just disable clearing of other fields than history and select clear.
