Hi. Why Jolla does not release the Sailfish Os beta Image for Nexus 4 to make its developpement faster and to encourage developpers to contribute?

Consensus seems to be at the moment that they'll release instructions when they're ready, and that they're not ready just yet. It's my understanding that performance isn't adequate yet and features are missing. You can track the progress of the hardware adaptation here.

It would make sense to support Nexus 5 as well... I consider it really the android hardware standard nowadays, excellent specs, lots of ports and great for hacking.

There is a copy of Sailfish OS that is floating around. It doesn't do Voice for Phone Calls and it has watermark that is always on. I know it sounds annoying but the OS is really awesome on the Nexus 4.I hope the development continues for it.

today they released a build with sound in voice calls, and much more improvements, like bug fixes, merges with latest 1.0.5 update and so on. but gps, camera, store and android apps still not working.

I think once sailfish os is released for some Android devices it will be instantly ported to other devices. I hope Jolla will release it soon.
