Transfer files (USB WLAN BT) to your Jolla and put the files into the music folder in your home directory. You may also put files in any not DOT folder on a microsd card. As this will show them in the Mediaplayer as well I put my ringtones directly into

/usr/share/sounds/jolla-ringtones/stereo/

that is where Jolla's preloaded ringtones are.

I will not advice on putting ringtones on microSD as removing or replacing it will lead to ringtones missing :)

@zlatko then don't, I will as that is a bug, ringtones in use from any source have to be saved onto the device, the same for ambience pictures, not by the user, by the system when the user sets it as ringtone for ambience or device standard...

Yes, I am with you - if user sets a file for a ringtone, it should be auto copied by the system to /usr/share/sounds/jolla-ringtones/stereo/ so it stays there even when original removed(or changed name/location).

make that $sounds/user-ringtones/stereo/ and we are good to go
