Activation and deactivation of call barrings [released]

I haven't found any way to enable or disable call barrings for the subscription. In basic phone you can add those by using USSD -codes (e.g. 33pwd# - send), but in Sailfish it not send it properly to network. Next barrings should be implemented before the phone is released, cause people should have possibility to protect their phones and subscriptions: BAIC, BAOC, BICRO, BOIC and BOIEXH. Those should be found from the phone settings as call forwarding will be found.
